The Sale of the Summer

Friends, it has been a minute since I have written a blog post! I hope to get back to writing more regularly soon. I miss the sound of the keyboard typing and the ideas flowing. I know I have heard MANY others say they wonder if people are still reading blogs. I do strongly believe there is a crowd that does, especially with podcasts being so popular. Well, here we are with a very important sale to tell you about!

But first, I would love to just give a brief update on what has happened in my life since I posted my last blog. At the end of 2021, I headed off to teach at a new school which was a career tech school. I taught there for two years with juniors and seniors. I absolutely loved the change of pace and the structure this school provided students. It was amazing to witness them flourishing in the workplace as high school students. Flash forward to the spring of 2022, and I met my husband. By the fall of 2022, we were engaged and married in the summer of 2023. He lived about 1.5 hours away from my school, and we felt led to stay with his church body for a variety of reasons. So I needed to find a new teaching job and found an online school to work at.

I stayed for one year at this online school and quickly realized this was not for me. I met some great people, but I missed the classroom and having my own little world. I then found a new public school at the end of 2024, and this will be my second year there. Surprisingly, this is the first public school I have worked at, and it has been such a breath of fresh air. Truly, these are the best students I have worked with, and I really love my job.

Throughout all of this, I have continued to grow my TpT store and update those resources, as some of them were born out of the pandemic and needed some tlc. Last summer (2024), I was delighted to be a part of this BIG sale with fellow educators and like-minded people. This sale includes 150+ teachers and curriculum writers from across the country. I wanted to take a moment to share about this sale while it is till going, so you do not miss it!

-Each bundle is different, but you'll find a healthy mix of resources designed to be used digitally and resources designed to be printed.

How long will I have access to these resources?

-According to the website policy, "Once you download the resources, they are yours forever! But we do realize that files can get lost or misplaced. We *guarantee access to re-download your resources for an entire year from your purchase date.

*We do impose a download limit to prevent illegal sharing of files. Most buyers will never hit this download limit, but if you do happen to reach it during the first year, we can adjust your limit to ensure you have access."

Can my district or school purchase this for me?

-According to the website policy, "Absolutely! We offer a few options for schools.

First, your school may purchase the bundle on our website with a school credit card. (If your district is located in Texas, North Carolina, Minnesota, Maryland, Kentucky, or Alabama, they can contact us to purchase with a tax exemption. All other states are not taxed by default.)
